Mourning Love: A Poetic Journey of Love and Death

by Victoria Crystal

62 pages; quality trade paperback (softcover); catalogue #07-1140; ISBN 1-4251-3112-3; US$12.00, C$13.80, EUR9.36, £6.20

Love, grief, anger... all of the emotions surrounding the death of a loved one are in this book. If you have been there... this is a must read.

About the Book

This book is a poetic journey of love, life, death, and the aftermath. It is a reflection of the emotions that one goes through when they lose someone that they really love. Many who have lost someone and read the poems before print stated that it was exactly what they felt, but could not articulate. The first part of this book of poetry is meant to be a tool for healing. It deals with the rage, depression, anger, thoughts of suicide and many other emotions that I experienced during my husbands illness and after his death. The second part "Roses and Thorns" is about life and love.

About the Author

Victoria Crystal was born and raised in the scenic little hamlet of Defuniak Springs Florida, a town which boasts of having one of the only two naturally round lakes in the world.
