A book for young people which is fun to read but gives an underlying serious message. Beware of too much food and too little exercise if you want to stay healthy!

About the Book
This book is a fun story. It has been read by two primary school head teachers who consider it to be of educational value. Obesity has become a curse in the western world. We must try to halt it and improve lives, especially those of young people.
This story is written to prevent young people falling into the trap of inactivity by watching too much television and playing too many computer games. We are living in times where many families rely on fast food. Not only that, they do not make any effort to help and promote their children in sport and other activities. This could be either because of lack of time or because they themselves are inactive.
This story shows that by eating the right food and being active that you can have both, fun and good health.
The young reader will see the consequences of either listening to the experts i.e. the doctor, teacher or parent, or of doing nothing. He or she has the choice of how this story ends. We must tell young people that eating too much of the wrong food and not doing enough exercise can have terrible consequences.
