A Time to Laugh, A Time to Cry is a story about an everyday lad embroiled in a plot involving drugs, murder, revenge and innocence.

About the Book
A Time to Laugh, A Time to Cry is a story based in Liverpool following a young man named Alan Pearson. An everyday sort of a lad, nothing or no one special. An average kid by today's standards. He is an only child brought up in a relatively wealthy district by honest hardworking parents; when one fateful day at school something goes wrong and all the blame and recriminations come on him. This leads to a life fraught with danger and suspense with sinister drug world connections. However, the love of his life is a sweet young lady Lindsey Faulkener, a girl with whom he has been through school and on into life outside. Together they face all the problems connected with Alan. This ultimately puts them both in mortal peril from an unlikely source.
