About the Book

Illustrated with testimonies from the author’s foreign or second language teaching work experience, the book presents a theoretical framework for diverse foreign or second language teaching approaches used today and many procedures to improve language teaching.

On the theoretical level, the book describes five major trends or paradigms in foreign and second language didactics, emphasizing the radical paradigm, the most recent and less known trend.

On the practical level, suggested procedures and techniques describe what can be done before, during and after a foreign or second language lesson.
