A sunken Spanish treasure ship, a failed real-estate development and a centuries-old pursuit provide for a thrilling adventure full of unexpected twists and exciting possibilities.

About the Book

Called back to an ocean side home in St. Augustine, Florida by a grandfather she has not seen for eight years, Rachel McCormick is thrust into a world she thought was long forgotten. Propelled by events out of her control, Rachel must fend off unknown enemies as she tries to uncover the truth about a Spanish treasure ship that sank three centuries earlier.

Armed with only a few pages from an old journal and an ancient map, Rachel's search inexplicably connects her to Allan Pierce, an accountant in the midst of battling angry investors involved in a failed real-estate project on the small Canadian province of Prince Edward Island.

The two of them are thrown together in a dangerous race to uncover a centuries-old secret that could change the very fabric of civilization.
