About the Book

Annie is very happy to find a little white mouse under the Christmas tree. She did ask Santa Clause for a pet of her very own.

She named it Kiki, and the mouse becomes her constant companion.

But during the summer vacation a careless mistake is the cause of Kiki's escape.

They all search for the mischievous mouse. Finally he appears from a very unusual unexpected hiding place.



About the Author

Wobine Ishwaran-de Sitter was born in Leiden, Netherland. During her childhood years her family lived several years in Johannesburg - South Africa and on Java - Indonesia. Later returned to Leiden, she graduated from High school and finished training as a registered nurse.

During her student years she met K.Ishwaran, a PhD student from India. Ishwaran wrote his dissertation on the Dutch Family Life, and through his research they met.

They got married in India and had two children before immigrating to Canada where their third child was born.

Wobine did her ECE training at Seneca College and taught for 26 as a pre-school teacher.

After retirement she found a new direction to her life, she decided to share some of her rich source of life experiences and started writing for her children.
