A bedtime story set in a world of fantasy,
Bananaland is a story of Friendship.
A story of talking monkeys, and cat, in defiance,
defending a better way of life.

About the Book
Bananaland, a bedtime story come to life.
Born of a love of story telling and a childs budding imagination.
This collaborative effort along with my children's drawings make for a wonderful book.
Meet Babou, Moo Moo, Chucky and Mindy Monkey along with Slink, the talking cat.
Bananaland, a land far away. A place where the magical Banana tree grows.
Monkeys who eat of its fruit will begin to speak.
Babou and Moo Moo Monkey eat the magical bananas
and begin to speak. Moo Moo monkey decides its a good idea to open
a talking monkey amusement park.
Of course mean old Mr. Finnious wanted to see their permit.
Failing to produce one, Babou and Moo Moo were in trouble!
If it wasn't for Slink the talking cat,
the two courageous monkeys would have been hauled off to jail.
Upon their escape they were led to a hut by Chucky Monkey, where inside
they saw banana vans and banana helicopters.
There were banana bazookas and banana guns.
Babou, Moo Moo, Chucky and Mindy
grabbed the banana hurling devices and jumped into the Banana Vans.
After grabbing lots of bananas, they sped off down the road
ready to defend their new way of life....
About the Author
Story telling is a tradition in my family. Like my father, and his father before him, we have sat with our children with wild and wondrous adventures just waiting to be told. Declan and Maeve love to hear my bedtime stories. My stories are always made up as I go and the storyline often changes, with guidance from my two inquisitive and excited children.
To see a young child's imagination come to life, making my story even better. This, along with their drawings, will forever be one of my fondest memories.
