22 pages; Saddle stitched; catalogue #07-1868; ISBN 1-4251-4439-X; US$15.50, C$17.83, EUR12.08, £8.01

Students will find a humorous side of themselves in what they see and read. At the same time, each will assess traits in responsibility, self-motivation, and attitude in the classroom.

About the Book

It is important for parents and educators to let students know what is expected of them as they go about their everyday lives. This book asks students to identify themselves in the educational setting. There is sometimes a humorous side to how we see ourselves. Especially, when it is not always the way others see us. Readers will find some humor in what they read and be able to assess their own performance in such traits as responsibility, self-motivation, and other positive attitudes or the lack of them. Hopefully, this book will boost those character traits parents and educators want to see. Having good character is a big part of being successful.

There is a question and response page that allows some discussion about the character traits shown in the book. In some cases students will need to name the trait that is needed. The book ends with readers seeing that good character is needed for success.
