About the Author

Kathy's personal journey is a poignant one. From the time she was 4 years old, her father sexually abused her. As is common for many who have experienced childhood sexual abuse, Kathy wasn't consciously aware of the abuse until well into adulthood. While working as a police officer, the physical trauma of a car accident unearthed long-suppressed memories of what had happened to her? Her story was featured in HealthQuest Magazine.

As a result of her journey Kathy started INNER JOURNEYS. Inner Journeys uses the natural laws of healing to provide tools, techniques and hand made products that enable personal transformation and healing on all levels. Miss Morris has impacted people around the globe with her healing sessions and lectures.

Inner Journey, The Birth of a Poet is a collection of provocative poems which explore all forms of unconditional love. The poems weave a web of a beautiful love story, with the ups and downs, the ins and outs and the triumphs. She is also writing a book based on healing, entitled "Up from the Ashes."
