We, the American People cannot allow the government to take away our rights by making laws in ways not permitted by our Constitution.
About the Book
The text is about the individual rights as those rights are given, according to the author, to the individual and taken away by a Supreme Court Ruling. Are the American People to accept the ruling of the courts to affect changes to our Constitution or does the 5th Amendment really provide the true means to initiate change to our Constitution. When I was a young man, my elders referred to the "Free Exercise of Religion", I yet believe the exercise of religion should be free and that all Religious events belong to the people and also to the initiation of same. For our government to establish a law, that builds a wall of separation between church and state, makes our government the one to decide when, where, who, and if the free exercise of religion can be preformed, violates not only our Constitution, but the intent of our founding fathers as well.
