About the Book

This book was inspired by an experience we had a few years ago when my son got sick. After giving him some medicine, consulting with his Doctor and giving him all the tender loving care that his mother and I could give, we decided to put it in God's hands. My son use to call cookies, "crackers" because it seemed to be easier for him to say at the age of two. After he began to feel better, the next day he asked if he could have a cookie ("Cracker") in bed. We were so relieved and happy that he was feeling better that we agreed to let him eat in bed. As he was eating, crumbs were accumulating in the bed. It was at that precise moment that God gave me the idea to write this book entitled Crackers And Crumbs.

It is a story about a family's faith and confidence that God answers prayers. It is an inspiring, true story about how God heals and restores those who believe in him and his healing power. This story is for families of all walks of life who believe that the parents are responsible for covering and protecting their kids and instilling an atmosphere of faith for the entire family to flourish. About the Author

This is the second of several books that the author intends to publish. For more than 25 years, the author has been writing poetry, short stories and contributing to company newsletters for a number of companies over the years. As a father of three with a family-centered focus, the author wishes to inspire family unity and increase community awareness to the importance of the two-parent family unit. The author also wants to inspire kids and parents to realize that sickness will come and go, but faith springs eternal hope for better days and better times ahead. It is important to realize that faith allows us to see things through a spiritual lens that allows us to remain positive regardless of our circumstances.
