About the Authors

Dr. Charles is a Professor of Design Technology at Ivy Tech Community College Northwest and Guest Lecturer now and then for Technical Graphics in the Department of Engineering and the School of Technology at Purdue University Calumet. He co-authored two graphics books: The Essential AutoCAD and The Essential Engineering Graphics Concepts, this publication his third. Dr. Charles has served as Instructor, Chair of the Division of Applied Science & Technology, as well as Program Chair and Advisor in the Design Technology Program at Ivy Tech.

Prof. McLees is the Technology Coordinator for the School of Technology at Purdue University Calumet. He serves as a consultant to students and to industry in the use of CAD in the construction and engineering fields, and also teaches Spatial Graphics and Animation in the Computer Graphics Technology Program.

Dr. Queyquep has authored two engineering books, The Essential AutoCAD and The Essential Engineering Graphics Concepts, and two math books - Geometry Challengers for High Achievers and Hands-On Geometry for forward-looking teachers. He wrote the Research Project Report on The Mathematics of Flight in the Student Merit Awards book published by the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics in Reston, Virginia, USA. He served on the faculty of the Department of Engineering of Purdue University Calumet as professor of engineering drawing and computer-aided design.
