This book will encourage young readers to persevere and to keep trying even when things get difficult. It will also develop children's sense of responsibility towards their environment by showing them how easy it can be to offer a helping hand to Nature's smallest creatures.

The idea of Never give up, Bumble B. occurred to the authors after seeing a bumblebee on the pavement in London, wet and unable to fly. After they put it back on the grass with a small piece of apple, the insect slowly began to suck the juice from the fruit. In less than an hour, its wings were dry and it was ready to fly away!

About the Authors

Marianne & Jean-Michel have written children's literature since they graduated from university in Nancy, France. Their first book Never Give up, Bumble B. was published in 2007.

Marianne & Jean-Michel are both vegans and teach in the Scottish Highlands. They love animals, cooking and of course storytelling!
