About the Author
Marni Blouin is a speaker, writer, mother and wife. She is the founder of Blouin and Associates, a firm that specializes in Sales and Marketing.
After working in the corporate world for much of her youth, Marni's focus turned to raising her son, volunteering for the local school, fundraising and sitting on the school council. Once her family had grown she returned to the corporate world where she met Jack McQuaig.
Inspired by the work he had done over his lifetime and the work he plans to do, Marni was compelled to capture his philosophy of life in this book. The book, based on Jack's research and beliefs, will bring to all who read it the formula for staying mentally and physically fit into retirement years.
Jack McQuaig has spent his life helping people to find their goals and achieve them. As an Industrial Psychologist, he has advised management in organizations of all sizes how to bring better methods of hiring and training into their businesses.
He is the author of ten books on management and physical and mental fitness and his concern has always been to help people to be more effective at their work. A master's degree in psychology and a lifetime of appraising and motivating personnel have given him insight into what makes people happy and successful.
Since his semi-retirement, he has turned to the study of spirituality to find happiness and peace of mind. His conclusion is that achieving material things, gaining power and developing skills do not give all the answers to a happy life.
