About the Book

No More Excuses is intended to help men deal with their other halves in a way they would like to be treated. It’s divided up into sections to enable men to move on to the next part once they’ve achieved that particular one, and to make it easier to digest in smaller amounts.

To start off a quick quiz to find out what you REALLY know about your other half followed by a more in depth section about your other half with spaces to write down and keep tabs on what you already know and what you need to find out (your own record for future reference).

Other sections cover ways to make your life so much easier, the absolute NO-NO’s, a get you out of trouble free section, true stories with dreadful endings, references, music connections, plus the ‘added bonus’ section to help men impress their other halves and reap the rewards!

About the Author

Not much really to tell, one of a family of seven, attended school like everyone else, gained o’levels, excelled in my favorite subject – sports (being in 7 county teams and chosen to be 2nd reserve for England Lacrosse and Hockey teams, but due to serious ill health in the family had to decline). Worked abroad for some years before settling down in good old UK, got married and had my own wonderful children.

Currently working with young children in school (unpaid) who have special needs that aren’t severe enough to warrant special support.

No More Excuses originated following family, friends and my children’s mates coming to me for help and advice relating mostly to relationship issues. I never thought that I would ever need to write a book to help men out (especially at my age), but obviously there is a need!
