The Wild Heart - How far would you go?

About the Book

When Mark Earnshaw lost his parents whilst he was still a teenager he thought that life could never throw anything as challenging at him again. But then he meets Ian Taylor who he doesn't know is hiding the darkest of secrets. He isn't who Mark thinks he is and because Mark turns his world upside down, Ian decides to seek his freedom from the powers that have controlled his destiny since he turned supergrass on his loyalist paramilitary comrades. But what Ian doesn't yet realise is that those former comrades have discovered where he is. And now they want his blood. But they're not the only ones with an agenda to serve.

A politician with a hatred of the Good Friday agreement is plotting to bring about its destruction and will work with the devil to achieve it. They mark Ian*s former boss out as the man who can help them, the man who's just been released from the Maze and is hellbent on revenge for the years he*s spent inside. He's his own incendiary device and the politician, working with a prominent member of the unionist community who has her own reason for despising Ian, will use him to bring about the biggest threat to Anglo-Irish relations since partition.

MI5 won't let Ian go and instead they use him to bring the conspiracy out into the open. But it soon becomes a race to see whose gun is used to shoot who first and in a breathtaking climax, Mark not only discovers that knowledge can be fatal but he takes a decision that will have devastating consequences for the rest of his life.
