Some moments in life often appear like a flash of light coming out of nowhere. Aha! What a beautiful pearl of wisdom! Are you ready to discover your Aha moments?

About the Book

Moments that change the course of your life often appear like a flash of light coming out of nowhere, from a voice you may have heard from deep within or an image you may have seen. Sometimes, they can appear at a completely contrary time, when you are in the midst of a truly challenging and difficult experience. Sometimes, they can appear in the perfect time and place, when you are ready to welcome the universe's teachings. In whatever situation the beautiful pearl of knowledge is revealed to you, it is sitting there behind the curtain, waiting to be discovered.

Through a collection of reflections and recollections on his own life, Kevin J. Cottam invites you to use these moments-those awakenings when the word Aha often spontaneously appears-as pearls of wisdom and guidance.

With great wisdom and sensitivity, Mother's Pearls is a meditation on the meaning of life, showing that those Aha moments are truly guideposts for living.

"Mother's Pearls reflects some of the lessons on my journey that have led me to find the truth, my truth, and my reality. Through these pearls, I am now discovering how to perform more vibrantly and authentically from my heart. My hope is that, through this book, you can also find this awareness, comfort, and knowledge in your pearls." - Kevin J. Cottam

Reviews

.."In a way that is simultaneously sweet and fierce, Kevin J. Cottam illuminates one of the most amazing facts of human consciousness: that each moment carries the possibility of a major opening to a new dimension of life. In Kevin's stories, we find the courage and encouragement to live our own lives in such a daring and amazing way!"

Stephen Gilligan, PhD
author of The Courage to Love

.."Mother's Pearls is an enlightening read. It was a great opportunity to reflect on my own experiences and see Aha moments that I may have overlooked. Each new chapter brought to mind a simple life moment that needed to be reflected upon, helping to remind me to take each moment to heart. We may not always know an Aha moment at the time we're in it, but patience is the key until the true meaning is revealed."

Lana Bertsch, President

.."Each pearl shimmers with wisdom, creativity, and everyday practicality, while inviting me to recognize and maximize the pearls in my life."

Pauline O'Reilly, Teacher
