The experiences are shared through a diary of human emotion relating the story of a woman, not unlike any other woman who deals with ridicule, sexism, physical and psychological trauma in her search for help. About the Author

Annette Stremecki lives in Turner Valley, a quiet little town in the foothills of southern Alberta. Sharing the household is her husband Ken and spoiled Sheltie, Rico. She is blessed with three wonderful children and their families including seven grandchildren. Also loved, are granddog, Dexter, and two horses named Flannigan and Bailey.

This is her first book, which has been a long healing process. Annette is now at work writing her third children’s novel of a series named, “Pattie Pear,” based on her experiences as a child. These will, hopefully, soon be published for the enjoyment of children from ages six and on as Pattie grows up.

Writing has been a rewarding experience and hopefully will continue to be a part of her life. She thanks the reader for purchasing her book and wishes them good health. That they be blessed with happiness in their lives and find the strength and faith to weather the storms and bumps along their journey.
