NOTES:
- The order quantities shown on the following page no longer include author orders, since no royalties are paid on those sales.
- Royalties are now being updated at least weekly.
- Royalties are generally considered as "earned" when the order is shipped, not when it is first placed, so an order placed near the end of a month may not be registered until early in the following month.
- Due to special pricing and distribution arrangments with a few key distributors of printed books and eBooks, Trafford is not notified or paid for some orders for several months following the purchase by the customer at the retail outlet. Although this will make it impossible for you to monitor every sale everywhere as each one happens, this wider distribution is very valuable to your book's overall marketing and you will receive all royalties in due course.
