Because all Trafford authors' books are printed "on-demand" in response to orders, they are NOT sold on a refundable or returnable basis. You may only return an unread book in its original condition if you received the wrong book or there was a manufacturing problem. You must return the book within 15 days of receipt of your order for a refund (credit) to your credit card. We will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Please complete the reason for return on the receipt you receive with your order, put the receipt in the carton, and wrap the package securely.
