About the Author

Coming from an industrial engineering background, Walter has 25 years experience in project and management consulting with a strong emphasis on Corporate Performance Management, Process Re-engineering and IT integration during the last 15 years. He is specialised in working with executives to develop corporate performance management solutions starting from mission, vision and strategy and connecting corporate performance management to operational level control of people, processes, projects and improvement initiatives. Working with a number of multinational and middle sized organisations over the years, Walter has also been a regular speaker at international conferences and seminars with both concept and case related topics.
