Reginald H. Sturtevant (1899-1974): Colby College (1921); Sorbonne, University of Paris (1922); LLD degree from Colby (1962); banker; Chairman of Board, Colby College. His “History of Livermore” is a widely recognized local history, containing much information on the early Native American, colonial and white settlement periods.
