About the Author

CELESTE GLOSTER has over 30 years combined management, training and recruiting experience. Her training and education initiatives have been focused on enhancing personal and professional growth through the development of self awareness and communication skills. She has successfully assisted high school students as well as men and women in transition with developing the skills necessary for employment. Ms. Gloster is motivated by her desire to see others achieve their personal and professional goals. For that reason she has created this workbook for job seekers with little or no work experience. This workbook is designed to empower the reader with new insights, self awareness and the skills necessary to obtain employment.
