About the Book

This book is about counting; I want children to be able to identify the numbers not only by counting with their hands but also by visualizing the pictures. It’s created in Spanish and English to teach the ones that don’t read Spanish and to capture the cultural aspect of the background of the ones that read Spanish. Learning other languages is very important. My vision is to start this journey by beginning at an early age with a book about numbers. As a teacher in a classroom I found myself creating this magical book as I introduce the numbers in both languages the trill in their faces is what made me finish this book an publish it. This book is so simple but with so much knowledge. I’m so bless to have created this special book for you to enjoy. Este libro es sobre números, quiero que los niños sean capaces de identificar los números contando con sus manos, pero también visualizando las imágenes. Este libro es en español y en inglés para enseñar a los que no leen el español y captar el aspecto cultural de su contexto para los que leen en español. El Aprendizaje de otros idiomas es muy importante. Mi visión es compartir el idioma no tan solo con el que lo habla pero al que no lo habla darle la oportunidad de aprenderlo comenzando a una temprana edad con un libro sobre los números. Enseñando en un salón de clase me encontré creando este libro tan mágico, que les enseña los números en ambos idiomas la alegría en sus rostros es lo que me impulso a terminar este libro y convertirlo en una publicación. Este libro es tan simple pero con tanto conocimiento. Espero que lo niños disfruten mientras aprenden a leer y a contar en dos idiomas.

About the Author

Nadeen; is very spiritual, humble, caring, survivor, dedicated and strong women. I’m not only an author but also a motivational speaker. As a survivor I feel like it’s one of my goals to help others break free from pain, hurt and hate. I’m a mother of 3 children also i have a beautiful grandchild and been married for 28 years to a very special person. I began to write at an early age around 3 I guess it was my mother’s dream for me to become a writer since she couldn’t read or write. I have been a teacher assistant working with kids for a very long time. I believe you learn from kids every minute of the day. Many of the books are about things I experience or even things I have seen or did in my life. However other books are just made in an instance while teaching a class. I like to call them my pop up books since they are created in a matter of seconds just to make the kids have fun and laugh. I speak English but my primary language is Spanish since I was born in Puerto Rico. I’m like a kid inside I love to dance, sing, read, listen to music but my favorite hobby is talking to people. I believe that we are here as human having a spiritual experience. We all have lessons to learn things to do and many goals to achieve. One of my passions is to walk by the ocean it’s like a calming connection. I can sit by the ocean and that’s when all these beautiful stories come to my mind, Stories that can capture any soul just by sitting in the stillness of life itself. Meditation has tough me to be still and live in the moment. When I sit still and quiet that’s when my mind goes free and I can feel the connection between my mind and soul. That’s where my inspiration for writing comes alive. Nadeen; es muy espiritual, humilde, cariñosa, dedicada y una mujer muy fuerte. Yo no soy tan solo una autora también soy una motivadora. Soy una sobreviviente y por eso es que quisiera ayudar a otras personas con su dolor, odio y sufrimiento. Una madre de 3 niños y una nieta casada hace 28 años con una persona muy especial. Empecé a escribir a muy temprana edad era como a los 3 añitos supongo que era el sueño de mi madre que yo me convirtiera en una escritora ya que ella no podía leer ni escribir. Soy asistente de maestra y he estado trabajando con los niños por un tiempo muy largo. Una buena lección es que uno aprende de los niños cada minuto del día. Varios de mis libros son sobre cosas que yo he experimentado o incluso cosas que yo he visto o hecho en mi vida. También otros libros fueron creados con una intención de enseñar una clase en cuestión de momentos yo los llamo mis libros monetarios porque son creados en cuestión de segundos para enseñar la clase. Hablo inglés, pero mi idioma maternal es español ya que yo nací en Puerto Rico. Soy como una niña por dentro me encanta bailar, cantar, leer, escuchar música, pero lo más que me gusta es hablar con la gente. Creo que estamos aquí sólo como humanos teniendo una experiencia espiritual. Todos tenemos lecciones que aprender, cosas que hacer y muchas metas que alcanzar. Una de mis pasiones es caminar por el océano para mí es como un calmante una conexión entre la mente y el espíritu. Cuando me siento frente al océano me vienen a la mente unas historias tan hermosas que le llegan al alma a quien las lee. Historias que son creadas sólo al sentarme en la quietud de la vida. La meditación me ha enseñado muchas cosas buenas sobre cómo vivir la vida en pura positividad. Nunca debes dejar que nada te quite tu felicidad mucho menos tu tranquilidad. Hay es cuando mi inspiración por escribir se vuelve realidad.
