About the Author
Rosie Pova is a mother of three, living in Dallas, Texas with her family where she writes children's books and poetry. Born in Bulgaria, Rosie moved to North America in 1998. She started writing in her early adolescent years in Bulgarian and French. Rosie has always had a passion for literature and poetry. She enjoyed challenging her creativity, taking on different projects, but since becoming a mom she has turned her focus on writing and illustrating children’s picture books, and through her books, she hopes to enrich children’s lives, bringing both value and entertainment with her stories. Some of her poems have appeared in literary magazines such as Burning Word, Poetry Quarterly and Haiku Journal. Rosie Pova was a breakfast speaker at the 4th Annual International Book Fair in Dallas, TX (October 29-November 1, 2009).
