About the Author
Jiro Olcott was born in Japan, where he spent his childhood. Later, educated as a scientist and engineer in England and California. As a member of the British Society of Dowsers he has studied Earth energies at many sacred sites. The author and his family live in Brittany, France and Kent, England. The author conducted extensive research into Earth energies and megalithic cultures before writing Serpent Rising. Much of the technical material from the research could not be included in the novel.
