About the Author

Frank Alexander Wray, a Virginia native, resided most of his life along the Chesapeake Bay. He was educted at Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, Virginia. Recently he relocated to the artistic community of Saint Augustine, Florida and here he spends much of his time pursuing his love, the craft of writing and writes primarily about universal humanitarian conditions.
