About the Author

A former teacher and Technical Writer, the author holds a BA degree in History and English (History-major / English-minor) and a Secondary Teaching Credential from San Jose State University in San Jose, California.

This book took root from her desire to offer solace to others in similar situations. Her final victory would not come until she took a notebook and pen to the kitchen table and moved all the events of her journey onto paper, where it was hard at first yet in time grew easier like a need to love once more. This done, she was given peace.
