The angels cut through the air appearing as birds with their v-like formation. As they began to reach higher altitudes, the clearness of their front view began to disappear. Valentonia looked back and realized such a tragedy. One of the angels was no longer near them. It was very blurry of a sight for her to make up of who it was so she ignored it and continued to flap her wings, crossing her fingers that he would find his way back. After a near hour of flying, they reached the griffin cave. This cave was described to be home to hundred half lions – half eagle animals. Cassius waited for everyone to stand on the cliff. There was only fifteen feet from the cave entrance and the cliff’s edge. Before Cassius could explain the plan, a deep, raised voice exclaimed, “Back away from our home and go back to where you belong. “Nobody moved a muscle. Then from the darkness of the cave came one with a long tail and sharp beak, the griffin began to creep closer and closer to the group. Cassius and everyone else pulled out their weapons.

About the Book
The Illegal Child was an enchanting tale of mythical creatures and action-packed adventures. This story intrigued us by introducing us to a mere mortal named Danny who, by chance, on one mysterious Halloween night, found himself face-to-face with an haggard old man in disguise who changed into a hideous creature called a hell angel. After Danny was captured and taken to an enormous castle, he met and fell in love with Valentonia, the king’s daughter. After many conflicts and battles, the two of them escaped and found refuge. They married and had a handsome child, Gabriel, thereby creating the first hybrid, half human and half angel. The Illegal Child 2 was suspenseful and dramatic throughout the book. The hell angels kidnapped Gabriel. They took him to a monstrosity of a castle, and Valentonia and Danny enlisted the help of heaven angels and worldly creatures to rescue their son. The Illegal Child 3 is the last and final book. It will leave you on the edge of your seat, biting your nails and engulfing yourself in every morsel of the book. This magical story features two married people—one, a male human and one, a female angel—and their half-breed son. The Illegal Child 3 starts with their son being kidnapped by hell angels, who want him because of his unique essence of being both human and angel. They take him to their camp and begin the process of making him their king. There are fights between griffins, creatures that are half lion and half eagles; hell angels, who resemble the devil himself; and warg creatures that resemble powerful wolves with pointed fangs and ripped arms—all clashing to bring about the release of Gabriel. Meanwhile, his mother, Valentonia, with the help of her husband, Daniel, assemble a group of heaven angels to retrieve her son, Gabriel. Gabriel became the greatest angel ever made during this adventure, and finally, the war between hell and heaven angels ends.
About the Author
T. J. Dampier is a sensitive, smart, creative genius of a child. He authored the first book of this trilogy, The Illegal Child, at twelve years old. He is now fifteen years old with writing skills at the maturity level of a college student or above. He lives in San Jose, California, and attends Silver Creek High School as a tenth grader. TJ, who is known as Trevis by his friends, enjoys playing basketball and football. In fact, he was awarded Defensive Player of the Year plenty of times! In addition to sports, TJ is both an honor student and a dedicated Christian for his faith in Jehovah and his Lord Jesus Christ. TJ has a gift for writing. Whenever he gets a moment, he sits down and composes short stories. His grandmother who is an author loved his stories and encouraged him to keep writing. The Illegal Child series is his first trilogy of published work. TJ has a loving family consisting of his father, mother, two sisters, two nieces, a brother, and a host of relatives.
