Trafford Website FAQ
I am having trouble with my "Author Log In" account.
With the launch of the new website, there is a slight change in how your Author Account may be accessed. Many authors have placed the link to this account onto their “Favorites List” in their web browser. These links made prior to May 4th, 2009 will no longer function correctly. Instead, please proceed to the Trafford home page at http://www.trafford.com, click where it says “Author Log In”, and log in with your Username and Password. Once you reach the “Author Log In” page, you can feel free to bookmark this again. If you need your Username and Password or further assistance, please Contact Us and we will be happy to send you the necessary information.
As you may know, Trafford has become a part of Author Solutions LLC in Bloomington, Indiana. As operations are shifted from Victoria, there will be minor, inevitable changes in procedure like this one. We apologize for any inconveniences these may cause, but we assure you we will do our best to make the transition as smooth as possible.
I'm on IE6, and I'm having trouble with the page displaying incorrectly.
