The Services Order Form will guide you through a list of our most popular marketing and publicity services. Download the form, and make your service selections.

You will have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with a marketing consultant once your manuscript is in the production process. You can also add services at that time.

The Trafford Terms and Conditions are important to read and review. If you have any questions, please be sure to speak with your publishing consultant.

Once you've completed the publishing and services order forms and read the terms and conditions, distribute the finished forms to your publishing consultant (PC) via one of these methods:

Your publishing consultant will help you complete the order form for your black and white or  full color book, make sure you read the  terms and conditions, and take your payment. (We accept credit card, check, or money order). Should you wish to sign up for any additional marketing services, order online right here on our website by filling out our Service Order Form. After the submission of your materials, you’ll be on your way to having your book published.
