About the Book

One of the most adorable gifts a child (or adult) can receive is a snow globe. In this second book of the Snow Globe Adventures book series, Ryan magically transports himself back into his snow globe to the city of Snowville to help his friends solve a problem. They have fun working together as a team to raise money to replace a broken snowboard. But most important of all, wise grandpa teaches the children a basic concept on how to save money for their futures. This second story in the book series emphasizes education, adventure, teamwork and cultural harmony, and will be treasured forever by children and adults alike.

About the Author

Robert Bettis was born in Prichard, Alabama and presently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University, and has been working in the information technology field for the past 25 years. In his spare time, Robert is a mentor to many young kids as a baseball coach, a basketball coach, and a volunteer reading and math tutor. He and his wife Pamela, are also busy raising a teen-aged daughter Kionna, an eleven year son Marquiss, and a six year old son Micah. In keeping true to his mission of teaching children of all ages to be all that they can be, Robert created the Snow Globe Adventures book series after he was inspired by his six year old son's imaginative questions about what life is like in a snow globe. Robert believes that every home throughout the world contains at least one precious snow globe, and his goal is to place a book next to each snow globe that is fun, adventurous, educational and inspirational to children of all ages as well as their parents.
