About the Book

Set in Rockhampton, Central Queensland, Australia. Carolyn would like to introduce you to Tarmin Elizabeth Blain and Zachery Llewelyn Coghlan—the two main characters in this particular story. Tarmin meets Zac when she becomes his neighbour. At first, she sees him as an interfering menace, one who can’t seem to stay on his side of the fence line. She has fled back home to Australia, from America, to escape an unhappy love affair. The last thing she wants is to be attracted to this insufferable man who, as fate has it, turns out to be her boss as well as her neighbour. There is mistrust on either side, but mistrust quickly turns into a budding friendship that just as quickly blossoms into love, but will love be enough to hold their relationship in place? Or will they be torn apart by their jealousy concerning past loves?

About the Author

What can I say? This is the second novel that I’ve published through Trafford. I still love reading romance novels and find that I especially like the ones where the author injects a bit of humour into the lives of their characters. Hopefully, I’ve managed to do the same thing with my characters. My life hasn’t changed all that much from last year when I published my first novel. I’m still working as a disability-support worker here in Rockhampton. My grandchildren still claim my heart and soul and all that I am. Where would we be without some sort of love in our life?
