I cannot locate my 1099-MISC form; how can I request a copy?

Please contact Trafford Publishing customer support and request a copy of your 1099-MISC form. Be sure to indicate the tax year. The copy can be e-mailed with the Taxpayer Identification Number masked, or sent by the post if necessary.
