JOGGING THROUGH SPACE tells the story of the author's courageous journey in recovering from the long-term effects of life-threatening brain tumo(u)r surgery. As she researched therapeutic mind-body techniques for dealing with each physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenge, she finally came to realize that she had compiled a simple handbook of 60 key pathways to feeling better. It would be most effective for anyone who is depressed, hurting, dealing with pain management, or just wanting to improve their life and be inspired. The book is as lovely and gentle as is Mary. "
