About the Author

I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1984 with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a greater than 3.6 GPA. I have been a very dedicated student of physics, studies including Relativity (both Special and General) and Quantum Mechanics (also QED) since the time I graduated. Now, I have the equivalent of a Masters Degree in Physics and in Electrical Engineering, as a result of he study over the years of many graduate level subjects in both fields. I am one of the few independent co-developers of the "Maxwellized Equations of General Relativity". I am a fan of Star Trek Voyager, and a fan of Stanton Friedman and Art Bell, George Noory, and of the great physicists of our time.

Prologue & Introduction

This book is for EVERYONE: Physicists & Scientists, Electrical Engineers, but mainly for anyone, regardless of his/her background & training, who simply wishes to find out the shocking truth regarding antigravity propulsion systems and the government cover-up which has spent billions of dollars every year, for many years, to keep the knowledge and capabilities "Above Top Secret".

Here in this revolutionary book, this cover-up is now proven beyond doubt, with evidence good enough for a courtroom, through both pure scientific principles and also through some additional detective work.

This book will appeal to a wide audience, as it has something important in it for people who

The best possible mathematical model of physical matter (and energy) in the universe that we have, which is accepted and verified, is called the "Standard Model of QCD" (Quantum ChromoDynamics). Yes, there are theories out there that try to go beyond this, such as "string theory", but these are on very shaky ground, at best, and are not yet "officially" accepted. We really know very little or nothing about the internal structure, if any, of quarks, which are the particles which comprise the nucleons (i.e. protons and neutrons) in all atoms of matter.

It has often been said that the simpler and more elegant that a theory of physics is, the more chance it has of being correct, because nature, in principle, should be very simple at the lowest level. For years, physics got harder and more complicated. Now, it just got simpler!

So for you readers who are physicists & scientists, I was able to show that these two forces are "gravitomagnetic" in nature (explained in detail, in my theory). Then, the relativistic Dirac Quantum Theory of the Electron pops right out of the equations, as a natural result of the model.

Surely you can recognize the significance of this achievement, as such a feat has never been done before. Similarly, and also never been done before, I have shown a complete and simple explanation of fractional electric charge (+/- 1/3). So this new theory demands a great deal of study and experimentation, obviously, as it is very worthy of such expenditure of time and materials. The physical "pieces of the puzzle" of matter and energy now make much, much more sense than they ever did previously with all other quantum theories.

Energy, Momentum, and Angular momentum are ALL conserved, just as conventional physics has always required! Now, back to non-physicists (i.e. everyone else!):

Now, I present some more introductory information regarding the subjects of this book.

My background, as the author, is one of the physics and electrical engineering. I graduated from Texas Tech University in 1984, with a degree in electrical engineering. My gradepoint average there was 3.6. Over the many years since, I have acquired tremendous knowledge in other areas, and now I have the equivalent of a master's degree in each of these areas (physics and E.E.). Since 1984, I have, for reasons I don't really know, been extremely interested in antigravity or electromagnetic propulsion systems. A strange interest indeed.

As far as work experience goes, I have worked for two different government contractors, at different nuclear plant sites. During my employment there, I had to maintain a "Q" clearance, which is a security clearance allowing access to both CONFIDENTIAL and SECRET (but not Top Secret) nuclear or national security information. My experience in those places taught me many things regarding how classified (i.e. government secret) information must be handled. The experience has been helpful (although not tremendously so) in understanding how antigravity devices could be kept top secret (in fact, they are several levels above Top Secret--so we never had anything like this at the two sites I worked at). But, the handling of Secret does help me in understanding of what the handling of Top Secret must be like. One of the companies I worked for was E.G&G., and so I know a number of things about this company, which was helpful in verifying the testimony of one of the 3 people I mentioned earlier. And I also know that a company called S.A.I.C. exists (also helpful in understanding testimony), because we used to work with them on some major projects.

SECRECY

For many people, the idea that the Government could keep antigravity and antigravity-based flying devices such a secret for all these years is preposterous & laughable. But they are wrong. Dead wrong.
