The Eric Hoffer Award

The Eric Hoffer Award for short prose and books was established at the start of the 21st century as a means of opening a door to writing of significant merit. It honors the memory of the great American philosopher Eric Hoffer by highlighting salient writing, as well as the independent spirit of small publishers. Awarded yearly, the winning stories and essays are covered in the US Review of Books.

The Standard US Review of Books service will include a full review of your book, listed by title on the US Review of Books site, arranged by category. This review stays on their site permanently; it is not deleted. Your title will also be listed under the US Review of Books’ recent reviews for one month.

Premium US Review of Books

With the Premium US Review of Books service, your book not only gets reviewed, your book is also registered for the Eric Hoffer Book Awards which has gained prestige over the years as an award for independently published books.
