Submission Format

Please provide us with the following information:

1. Author Name
2. Book Title
3. Short write-up (approx. 300 words max)
4. Image (2 max, optional)

Note: High quality digital scans or digital photos work best (sent via email). Printed photographs and original clippings will also work well, while photocopies of originals or poor-quality scans may reproduce poorly. Please note that non-digital submissions will not be returned unless specifically requested. Thank-you!
