About the book: This book is written with an inspiration to share with my Twice Exceptional students and all young adults, or those who need a little boost of help, as they step through life’s journey. We identify habits based on repetitive behavior. Make this book your daily habit and instill any portion(s) of the 200+ one liners which impact you the most. Keep in mind, the book is written to help you succeed. About the title: As we grow through life and face daily challenges, we often hear the saying, “get a backbone”, which means in everyday language to ‘suck it up – and go with it’. In other words, you either live with the circumstance or you make an effort to change it - #ItIsWhatItIs. Well, the philosophy according to this book is, ‘Stack A Backbone’, because life is going to happen. When you ‘Stack A Backbone’, you move in a greater direction. Stand for your beliefs. A backbone is a symbol of strength and courage. It will provide you with the endurance that others will not take you for granted. When you Stack A Backbone, you will have double strength, and an opportunity to walk through open doors with the expectation you will always be on the top. When you ‘Stack A Backbone’, you will know that you are a brave and courageous person. You will not fear speaking up for yourself, or standing up for your beliefs. You learn to grow with life. About the words of inspiration and hashtags: The words of inspiration are in general, clichés or colloquialisms which we hear or express as we go through life. Many times, we do not always remember them or follow through with the right idea. The #hashtags, in today’s world of social media, are a phenomenon which are used to identify messages on a specific topic, as a means of categorizing content on a specific topic. About the images: While living in California, the author became addicted to seeing the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The author measured the start and stop of each day with a sunrise or sunset, realizing that each day would begin and end with a different perspective. Please enjoy them as well.
