About the Book

A novel of a contemporary young Muslim woman, a physicist whose spiritual quest takes her from the murder of her Father, 'the messenger', in Mecca through Sufi mysticism in Califorina through the rejection of male repression, abuse, and finally, insight into the 'world as One'. Also included in this volume are 3 spiritual plays by Dr.Rife, creatively tracing the tensions of religion, faith and reason: "Hypatia", set in Alexandrian Egypt, pitting the priesthood against the Library of Alexandria scholars; "The Roots of the Crusades", set in Jerusalem, and the last "Constantine: An Act of Conversion" tracing the true story of the Emporer of Rome's dramatic conversion to Christianity.
