About the Book

This the continuation of "The Shadow of the Baron" in 2004, where she narrates her childhood and adolescent years. "Helow Buenos Aires...Good Bye Buenos Aires" talks about the period of nine years that the author lived in Buenos Aires, in 2006, "Illegals", in 2007, fiction. In "Hellow USA" the author tell us about her arrival in the United States.

This is a book where the main character's story blends what happened in both countries where she happens to live. She adapted to her new country without losing her love and feelings for her land of origin, while she allows her love and loyalty for her country of adoption to grow.

About the Author

Laura Lavayén was born in Bariloche, Argentina. She lives in the United States since 1965. Laura spends nine months of the year in Philadelphia, Pa, and Ocean City, New Jersey. The remaining three months in Bariloche, Argentina. She has published: "The Sadow of the Baron", "Hellow Buenos Aires..Goodbye Buenos Aires" and "Illigals", in Spanish and English.
