A great gust of wind causes Ray to lose balance. He twirls & twirls until he stumbles on something hard. “What in the heck is going on moans a drowsy turtle?” His intruder doesn’t respond. The turtle moves slowly towards Ray who is trying to compose himself. He is unaware of the turtle’s movement which startles him & makes him stumble again...

About the Author
Kelli-ann's Pen name certainly has truth. Boxer Girl is a lover of all dogs but the Boxer breed captured her heart. She loves the outdoors, warm weather, and most everything related to creativity.
This is her first Children's Book and certainly not her last. She chose Ray as her character subject/main because "Where's Ray?" vocalized frequently in her home. Now that's a Great Title for her book and so her journey begins. Enjoy. Love Boxer Girl
