About the Book

Have you ever wondered what motivates and produces the courage necessary for someone to place into print his inner thoughts and understanding of life?

Have we ever found ourselves seeking answers within the complexity of life and then find all has been given?

Such is the reality of everyone who has been touched by the hand of God.

Snapshots of Inspiration is the result of what has been given by God and learned through life’s lessons.

All who have been touched by God’s mercy become communicators of the love received.

Snapshots of Inspiration is a common man’s thoughts exposed by the love that has been given to him.

About the Author

Author Peter F. Serra was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1946. He was born again at the age of thirty-three through the grace of God. He is a husband, father, and grandfather and has been married to his lovely wife since 1967. Without her patience, this work could never have been accomplished.

Mr. Serra was (is now retired) a licensed stationary engineer with the city of New York and was also employed in many private hospitals in Brooklyn. He is a United States Navy veteran, enlisting in the navy at age seventeen, and served aboard the USS Cambria APA36 from February 1964 through October 1967. As a “Gator Navy” sailor (Amphibious forces), he learned many things that have carried over for the remainder of his life. As a navy boiler man, this initial training was honed and built upon until ultimately he became licensed to operate such high-pressure vessels within his chosen civilian profession. He received an honorable discharge for his service at the completion of his military obligation.
