About the Book
Looking for My Footprints is a guided inner pilgrimage. The author, a practicing psychologist, describes her own Innerscape journey of "fifty days for fifty years." She leads the reader, along with a one-year group of 'Sunday Pilgrims', to probe provocatively the question, "Who Am I?" An integration of East/West approaches creates a foundation for guided personal life review. Questions such as, "Where is home? What is a symbolic life? What is right action? Where is love? What is true?" are addressed through myth, poetry, yoga and various wisdom teachings. The book contains many examples and suggestions for creative exploration, listening inwardly, and a more balanced approach to wholesome living.
