About the Author

Leigh O'Regan is a qualified teacher and group facilitator. She has worked professionally, as a practising healer, counsellor, artist, writer and trainer for the past 15 years. She works in her home country, Australia, as well as in England and the USA.

Leigh primarily works with metaphysical energies to realign the spiritual and the personality. She uses aspects of the aesthetic, physical, emotional, psychic and psychological realms to transform and rejuvenate the individual. This multitude of skills actively engages the individual in their own healing process and enables personal development and transformation, through the facilitation of soul-level workshops, inspired manuscripts, the creation of a more harmonized sense of community, community action, vibrant art pieces.

Currently, Leigh is developing an e-mentoring programme for a UK-based university. In addition, she is qualified as an adult educator, youth worker, Reiki healer and a metaphysical counsellor. She uses her creative energy to empower and support community through creative writing workshops, film, creative writing and artistic activities.
