About the Book
The plays in this book have all been performed by young people and have proven entertaining, versatile and easily producibile in many different venues. The final script included in this collection is a monologue entitled The Phone Call. In this piece, Leah reveals her frustration and insecurities as she vents her anxieties after a phone argument with her love interest, Keith.

About the Author
Author Christine Harvey is a Queen's Drama Honours graduate and the producer of over twenty-six children's plays. She has been the organizer of the Young Artists of Kingston Theatre Camp since 1997. She is also the coordinator of three public school drama clubs and co-founder/director of The Not So Amateur Amateurs, a non-profit theatre company for young people. In her spare time, she enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her dog, Asia.
