About the Author
I am not a vegetarian, but I have been married to one for 31 years. Since my husband is a vegetarian, we were reluctantly invited to dinner parties because our hosts didn't know how to feed him. That is why I wrote this book - to explain how simple it is to cater for a veggie. I have a daughter of 33, and 4 stepchildren ranging from 33 Ð 40 years old. Between them we have 8 grandchildren. The youngest, a 4 year old, eats the fridge clean. Two days a week I work with my husband at our garage. I deal with all the accounts, etc. I worked with the British Potato Association doing food demos up and down the UK and also photo shoots for food magazines, I also wrote recipes for vegan magazines.
