About the Author

Peter Dolezal is uniquely qualified to write this practical guide. After obtaining his M.B.A. from Queen's university in Kingston, Ontario, his specialized Labour Relations and Marketing training and experience helped propel him through the executive ranks of the automotive, Oil Sands, Mining, and Government Sectors, in two of which he served as Chief Executive Officer.

After early retirement form industry, he co-founded and operated a very successful real estate firm in the Vancouver, BC, area, focusing on residential real estate.

While in the real estate profession, Donezal personally assisted hundreds of Canadian homeowners in buying or selling their homes, his focus always, to assist each client in attaining best possible value in every transaction. He was extremely successful.
