About the Author
Claude Jollet is a former planning adviser to major industrial and commercial clients. He specialized in weather related operational planning issues. He holds a B.Sc.A. in business process analysis and automation. Since 1997, Mr. Jollet has been working as adviser and coach, exclusively helping business individuals and small offline businesses in need of an effective Web presence. He also taught Web Information Architecture to senior college students for a few years, during the same period. Mr. Jollet is now retired. He devotes himself exclusively to the promotion of Web entrepreneurship on his Web site.
