About the Book

It has been said that adversity is like a good master or disciplinarian. We have all known or may one day know extreme stress be it career, family, monetary or living status. The end of concerns for each human being is limitless, staggering and full of challenging experiences. There are many astute, wise people who give expert advice but it is short lived if there is only room for criticism. On the other hand, to fall into the good graces of an inspiring individual can help us deal with trouble or hardship.

It is my hope that what has been written might somehow touch the life of every reader with the knowledge that growth can come through difficulty. The illustrations, created by Max Parker, represent my personal interpretations as they apply to experiences in the physical sense and emotional realm. Ultimately we can rest assured that even in the most daring situations "Life is Worth Living."
